Valentia Island Annual Pier Party

On Thursday the 16th of August Valentia will host its annual Pier Party. Events include a Swim Gala and a Raft Race. At 5pm the Adults Swim from Renard to Valentia and at 5.30 there a Childrens Swim for 8 to 16 year olds whcih must be registered by an adult.

The Island V. Mainland Raft race takes place at 6.30 with the Winners of the Valentia Island Raft Race 2012 take on crews from Cahersiveen. Entertainment includes Street Music, Kiddies Amusements and BBQ. The event is a Fundraiser for RNLI & Island Events and Registration Town Clock from 4pm
