Meet Daihti O'Shea at Kelly's beach in Fenit on Saturday 9th of June from 12.30 where he will officially open the festival after which he will demonstrate his wrist action in the All Ireland Stone Skimming Championships.  There are many events happening over the two day period including  Power Boat Racing, a Grand National Donkey Derby, Terrier Racing, a Tug of War, an Air Display with David Bunton, the All Ireland Stonne Skimming Championships and plenty of entertainment for children including a Seaside Show, Bouncy Castle and a Funfair.  There will be a wide range of Maritime and Heritage talks given over the two days also.
