 The first three months of the year has seen punctuality improve across all services, measured by the criteria for punctuality set out by the National Transport Authority. Tralee - Dublin services achieved 96.9% punctuality. This is measured by on time or within 10 minutes of time.

The performance exceeds even quarter 1 of 2011, when 96.1% punctuality was achieved on the route. Collectively, the 2012 figures represent the best quarters performance on record.
