This is a one day Multi Activity Adventure Race consisting of Bike, Hike, Run and Kayak. It comprises of biking over the spectacular Conor Pass, following in the footsteps of St Brandon climbing Ireland's second highest Mountain range Mount Brandon, running country roads of the peninsula and kayaking in Dingle Harbour.  It is a spectacular event and numbers attending are increasing every year.  There are different categories for this type of race which are individual relay.
